When only low headroom is available and the standard trolleys don't meet the requirements we recommend JDN low headroom trolleys where the air hoists are horizontally mounted.When only very low headroom is available we recommend the Ultra-Low Monorail Hoists.

Controller Options
The JDN Air Hoist Series are available with the following controller options:
Rope ControlUniversally applicable for any control length This control enables a sensitive starting and stopping. Lifting and lowering speeds are infinitely variable. The rope control is available for all PROFI hoists up to 25 t carrying capacity. The PROFI 37 TI, 50 TI and 100 TI are fitted with a pull chain instead of a cord. |

Lever ControlEspecially for JDN Air Winches: With the lever control, loads can be moved ergonomically and safely in a precise manner and at variable speeds. The actuation direction on the lever corresponds to the direction of movement of the rope drum. When released, the lever returns automatically to the centre position. |

FI- ControlSensitive control, very easy handling This FI-Control allows very sensitive regulation of the speeds. Its handling is very easy and comfortable due to the ergonomic design of the synthetic housing. The use of non-rusting materials allows the application in areas with aggressive substances in the atmosphere. The control hoses are enclosed in an outer sheath which protects them from ambient influences. |

E- ControlLow maintenance, corrosion-proof The very robust brass valve distinguishes the E-control. The low weight and the praxis-orientated design result in an easy handling. Sensitive speed control is not possible. |

F- ControlMultilateral due to different housings The F-control consists of unbreakable synthetic material resistant to ambient influences. The ergonomically designed housing enables a good handling. Up to 18 different control functions can be integrated as for example key switch, double stage travelling speed or simultaneous control of several motors. As a special extra the F-control can also be delivered with infinitely variable control of hoisting and travelling speeds. |

DS ControlThe operating air is connected to the hand control valve. A built-in pressure regulator prevents to overload the hoist in case of inadmissably high pressure. The motor connection housing of the DS control has an oiler that stops automatically the oil flow when the hoist comes to a standstill. Another advantage is that the oiler is situated directly at the motor. The operating air gets immediately to the motor when the hand lever is actuated. The hand lever is spring loaded and returns automatically to zero position. This forced release serves at the same time as an emergency stop. The control is for two-hand operation. The DS control is available for all air hoists of the "B" and "M" series. |

PS ControlThe PS control is for single hand use. It operates indirectly according to the ventilation principle. The operating air is connected to the control valve of the motor. The control pistons of the motor are actuated by the push buttons of the hand control. The push buttons automatically return to zero position. In the control valve of the motor is a pressure regulator which protects the hoist from inadmissably high pressure. The integrated oiler provides the necessary lubrication. The PS controls are available for the air hoists M 63 D, in EC version with emergency stop as standard. |
